We’re pleased to announce Rural Blacksmith,a new addition to our blog family dedicated to activities in Field’s Blacksmith Shop at The Farmers’ Museum. Steve Kellogg, TFM’s own blacksmith, will be posting about traditional blacksmithing, daily activities in Field’s Shop and his own experiences as a museum interpreter. He has a great way with words, photography and, of course, metal. Check back frequently for updates about his trials and successes with ongoing projects and shop happenings throughout the year.
